Our mission is to continually connect new students to Texas A&M by personally supporting, serving, and using all available resources to help ease the transition for them and their families.

AOLP is a student organization made up of student leaders who volunteer their time to assist in welcoming new students and their families to Aggieland during New Student Conferences. Orientation Leaders seek to create an atmosphere that minimizes anxiety, promotes positive attitudes, and stimulates excitement for learning in all Texas A&M students. During the New Student Conferences, Orientation Leaders (OLs) can be easily identified by their distinctive maroon polos, welcoming smiles, and their desire to help make the conference a memorable and fun experience.
